The main reason for converting the loft in Brighton was to create a new master bedroom for the property. The loft conversion provides a massive area for the master bedroom to occupy. The loft conversion in Brighton also included a shower room complete with power shower, washing basin and toilet. The utilities for the shower room in this Brighton loft conversion were appended to existing utilities down stairs, the use of a power shower meant that there were no problems with water pressure in the loft conversion.
This large project included a dormer on the side (hip) of the roof, built purely to accomodate the new stairs into the loft. The flow and detail of the new stairs could then match the existing ground to first floor stairs. The new room in the loft itself being approximately 29' x 17', which will be a master bedroom.
